Rob Flippo

Rob S. Flippo

Chief Executive Officer

During the past 16 years, Robert S. Flippo has worked in both start-up environments as well as fortune 50 companies. Mr. Flippo has experience in forming high-performance teams and has held executive roles at high-tech companies such as Motorola, Boca Research, and Emergin Incorporated. He is a current member of the Board of Directors of MAMA, the Medical Alert Monitoring Association.

 

In his most recent role as Vice President of Operations at Emergin, Mr. Flippo was responsible for all aspects of the company operations including the function of CFO and COO. Mr. Flippo joined Emergin as the Director of Engineering and Operations in 2003 and successfully scaled the company from $2.4M in revenue in 2003 to $15M+ in 2007. He also raised $4M in funding from a strategic partner in 2006 and negotiated a successful exit sale of the company in December 2007 with Philips Electronics. He joined Emergin from Motorola's Wireless Messaging Division, where he served as Director of Product & Business Development. At Motorola, Mr. Flippo was responsible for managing Motorola's advanced messaging product lines, patent licenses, and contract negotiations. Prior to joining Motorola, he served as Director of Engineering at Zoom Telephonics Inc. (formerly Boca Research), a leading modem and networking company, where his duties included managing software development efforts for realtime embedded operations systems.

 

Mr. Flippo holds an MBA from the University of Miami, a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, and has completed coursework in business management at Harvard Business School. Mr. Flippo also holds 7 US patents for communications systems.

 


Dennis Boyle

Dennis Boyle

President & Chief Operating Officer

With more than 20 years of executive, business operations and management experience for domestic and global companies, Dennis Boyle joined MobileHelp in June 2011. Previously, Mr. Boyle served as COO for Verio, an NTT Communications Company. In this role, he developed and executed Verio's business strategies, while leading sales, marketing, product management, development, project management, server operations and customer support. Mr. Boyle was responsible for introducing new solutions for Verio, and directing the company's efforts in service delivery to customers and partners worldwide. Mr. Boyle assumed this role as the company honed its strategic focus to delivering solutions and service excellence to small and midmarket businesses and partners globally.

 

Prior to his appointment at Verio, Mr. Boyle was vice president of support services for Campus Management Corporation, an enterprise software systems provider for higher education. Here he managed operations, customer support, information technology and quality assurance, resulting in improved efficiencies that allowed the business to expand while keeping operating expenses at previous levels

 

Before joining Campus Management, Mr. Boyle served as vice president of operations for Verio where he managed the operations team for Verio's SMB division, leading customer support and business operations, which contributed to the group's profitable business growth. In this role, Mr. Boyle led Verio's initiatives to develop an award-winning, customer-centric organization, recognized for improving service levels, garnering consistently high customer satisfaction results and creating a primary focus on customer relationships.

 

Mr. Boyle held previous management positions with companies including TradeStation Technologies, Office Depot, Airborne Express, American Express and United Parcel Service, where he consistently delivered improved business efficiencies and customer operations. Mr. Boyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University in New York.

 


Chris A. Otto

Chief Technology Officer

Chris A. Otto is the Chief Technology Officer at MobileHelp. Mr. Otto is a technology entrepreneur and has spent the majority of his career in and around aging-in-place technology companies. Mr. Otto co-founded Halo Monitoring in 2008, where he and the company launched the first solid state fall detection solution in the market place. In 2012, MobileHelp acquired Halo Monitoring including the fall detection technology. Mr. Otto joined the MobileHelp team in 2012 as part of the acquisition.  

 

Mr. Otto holds twelve US patents, with others pending. Mr. Otto earned both his bachelors and masters in computer engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.


Derick Jaindl

Derick Jaindl

Chief Financial Officer

Derick Jaindl is the Chief Financial Officer at MobileHelp. Mr. Jaindl brings more than two decades of experience in developing Finance organizations to support Healthcare and Technology companies.

 

Mr. Jaindl joined MobileHelp from MEDNAX, a health solutions partner, where he served as VP Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to that role, Mr. Jaindl was a Senior Director of Finance for Comcast Cable and a Director of Finance for ADT Security. His depth of previous experience includes an extensive background in financial analysis, strategic planning, controllership, and process improvement. Mr. Jaindl holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Miami, a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Babson College. Mr. Jaindl is a graduate from General Electric’s Financial Management Program (FMP) and Six Sigma program and is an actively licensed CPA.

 


Jeff Hilton

Chief Marketing Officer

Jeff Hilton joined MobileHelp in July 2013 where he established new marketing channels by expanding the sales reach of the company and generating increased revenue. He oversees all aspects of the sales, customer service and marketing activities for MobileHelp. Mr. Hilton brings over 20 years of sales and marketing leadership experience with various national companies including Hoveround Corporation and Qwest Communications. He most recently served as Vice President of Marketing for Hoveround Corporation. In this role, he directed sales and marketing strategies that increased lead acquisition growth and unit sales while decreasing acquisition costs resulting in a dramatic increase in market share for the company. At Qwest Communications, Mr. Hilton managed both the mall-based Retail Operations, as well as drove consumer mass media and direct marketing channels.

 

Mr. Hilton holds a Magna Cum Laude BS in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and an MBA from the Daniels School of Business at University of Denver in Denver, Colorado.

 


Ellen deClaire

Ellen deClaire

Chief People Officer

Ellen deClaire, Chief People Officer joined the MobileHelp Team in April 2016. After working 6 years at Solstice Benefits, 8 years with Cigna Dental Health and 5 years with Phillips/Emergin. She brings over 25 years of Human Resources experience spanning newly-established companies to Fortune 500 corporations.


 
Her expertise in Human Resources has allowed her to play a key role in the development of organizations from start-up through acquisition. She has an extensive Human Resource background, with specialization in benefit management, employee programs, educational development and corporate community involvement.

 

Ellen has record achievement in the development of employee relations, compliance, project management, benefit programs, compensation plans and recruitment processes. Her wide-range of knowledge and breadth of skills gives Ellen the unique ability to create a workplace with outstanding team members and programs to foster a dynamic work environment.

 

Ellen has a Bachelor’s degree from Curry College and received her Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University. Ellen is also Professional Human Resource Certified.
